Personal Assistant

Vacancy for Personal Assistant at Van Breda's sister company Steunpunt Woonzorgtechnologie.
What will you do?
You fully manage the entrepreneur's inbox and calendar, schedule appointments and efficiently organise the workload so that the entrepreneur can focus on strategic activities and growth. The entrepreneur is focused on growing his businesses substantially in a pleasant way and wants to use the freed up time to develop more product/market combinations.
The entrepreneur will commit to the new way of working where, after an induction period, he will hand over the management of his agenda and e-mail completely to you. The ideal candidate is punctual, always asks clarifying questions to ensure tasks are fully understood, and ensures that each task is completed with clear communication and no loose ends.
Responsibilities:
- Complete management of the entrepreneur's e-mail inbox, including filtering, sorting, prioritising and replying to e-mails based on instructions from the entrepreneur (according to the Email GPS system).
- Daily regular meetings (sync sessions) with the entrepreneur to go through filtered and prioritised emails that you cannot answer yourself. The aim is to learn how the entrepreneur thinks, so that you can answer more and more questions on your own without having to consult the entrepreneur. You will become proficient in company regulations and company policies.
- Delineate entrepreneur's agenda and time based on entrepreneur's instruction. Schedule and manage appointments, meetings and events, and ensure that the entrepreneur's calendar is always up to date.
- Support in organising and prioritising tasks and projects, ensuring that each task is fully understood, executed, and completed with clear communication.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, always ensuring that there are no loose ends.
- Continuously looking for ways to improve administrative processes and make them more efficient.
- Organise, archive and maintain key documents and information, both physical and digital.Support daily operational work, including:
- Answering staff queries on statuses of certain cases.
- Oversee KPI reporting (corporate dashboard).
- Organising internal and external appointments.
- Coordinating and preparing meetings and presentations.
- Supporting logistical and administrative processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Accurately following up on operational tasks, ensuring everything is completed on time and according to guidelines.
What do we ask of you?
- HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a financial administrative or business administration field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
- You live no more than 1 hour's travel from our office in Brummen.
- Skills:
- Punctual and organised.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Takes the initiative to solve problems himself and sees work ahead without having to be explicitly asked.
- Proactive in probing to fully understand and complete tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office applications.
- Ability to work independently, complete tasks accurately and prioritise.
- Personality profile (DISC or INSIGHTS):
- The ideal candidate has a profile with characteristics of "red" (pleasantly assertive) and "blue" (careful and punctual), to complement the entrepreneur, who himself has a lot of "red" and a bit of "yellow". Part of the application process includes a DISC assessment and an assignment (at the company's expense).
What do we offer you?
- An independent and challenging position with a lot of responsibility.
- A salary between €2800 and €3800 gross (based on full-time, depending on experience).
- Employment of 20-24 hours per week, with mutually agreed working hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

The care sector is making more and more use of technical support, whereby it is of great importance that care providers can remain constantly focused on care and those in need of care. We are therefore happy to take over some or all of the technical tasks, thereby relieving the care sector of its concerns.
Steunpunt Woonzorgtechnologie B.V. works closely with its big sister Van Breda B.V.; which is responsible for developing, producing and commissioning residential care technology (software) products and systems for various care organisations throughout the Netherlands.
