Relationship manager/Account manager

We are immediately looking for an enthusiastic Relationship Manager/Account Manager to join our Sales team.

Job description

As a Relationship Manager/Account Manager, you are the connecting factor between Van Breda B.V. and our clients. You have a commercial attitude and are able to advise on organisational and technical solutions. You identify bottlenecks and translate them into concrete action points. Internally, you maintain close contacts with various departments to ensure good customer relations. In addition, you have experience with tenders and make an important contribution to acquiring and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

You are driven to do things right the first time and do not get carried away by the issues of the day or the customer's wishes right away. You are good at monitoring your own time and respecting the company's boundaries.

Strategically approaching decision-makers within healthcare organisations is your profession and winning new assignments and maintenance contracts gives you a lot of energy.

You can translate the vision and strategy of Van Breda B.V. to the individual client and convert this into effective actions. Moreover, you are able to explain complex technology in a clear way and build a bridge between care and technology, both within intramural and extramural care.

What do you have to offer?

  • You have at least a completed HBO or TU degree (engineering and/or commercial);
  • You are commercially minded, experience within the healthcare market is an advantage, but certainly not essential;
  • You have an affinity for technology, especially in the field of residential care technology;
  • You have 1-3 years' experience in a similar or connecting position;
  • You are in possession of driving licence B;
  • You do not have a 9-5 mentality, are flexible and committed;
  • You are a person who knows how to achieve objectives through flair, persuasiveness, perseverance and guts;
  • You can captivate people when giving presentations;
  • You have attention to detail;
  • You follow market developments and make proposals concerning new and to-be-improved products or services.
  • You live no more than 1 hour's travel from our office in Brummen.
