1st-line junior technical officer - Residential care technology support centre

Vacancy for 1st-line junior technical assistant at Van Breda's sister company Steunpunt Woonzorgtechnologie.

We are immediately looking for a driven colleague to join our team.

 

What will you do?

In this position, you will be responsible for speaking correctly to our customers. This involves reports of malfunctions and changes to our systems. You take care of accepting these calls and, if possible, resolving them yourself. If the malfunction is too complex, you can put the customer through to a 2nd-line helpdesk employee. Besides answering customers on the phone, you take care of the daily network management of our customers and you are responsible for planning the maintenance and the daily trips of the engineers, as well as providing the necessary reports.

Competencies that belong to you include: eager to learn, communication skills, analytical thinking skills, stress-resistant, relationship and customer-oriented. You are representative and can function independently in a team.

Do you have an enthusiastic attitude and perseverance? And do you meet the following:

  • a completed MBO education level 3 or 4 in ICT
  • basic network knowledge CCNA;
  • Knowledge of standard software packages and Microsoft operating systems;
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux related applications;
  • a good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing;
  • Knowledge of the Android platform, Wi-Fi and video surveillance is a plus;
  • customer-friendly phone voice;
  • being able to provide technical support;
  • Being able to translate technical issues into understandable language;
  • representative;
  • excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing;
  • enterprising and proactive;
  • you are in possession of a valid driving licence B;
  • You live a maximum of 1 hour's travel from our Arnhem office.

We are therefore happy to take over part or all of the technical tasks, thereby relieving the care sector of its concerns! Steunpunt Woonzorgtechnologie B.V. works closely with its big sister Van Breda B.V. Van Breda B.V. develops, produces and states residential care technology (software)products and systems in operation at various healthcare organisations throughout the Netherlands.
